Jennifer joined Bright Side as Center Director in April 2026, bringing over 20 years of management and leadership experience across a variety of industries. Throughout her career, she has successfully led teams, strengthened business operations, and built positive, collaborative workplaces. She holds a National Administrator Credential (NAC), awarded by the NECPA Commission.
Her transition into early childhood education has been a rewarding opportunity to combine her passion for leadership with her love of building meaningful relationships. Jennifer believes that strong teams, open communication, and genuine partnerships with families are the foundation of a thriving center. She especially enjoys connecting with Bright Side’s children and families while supporting her team in creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to grow.
