Executive Director Dori and Director of Operations Gregg have been married for 27 years and committed to the children and families of this community for more than a decade. Together, they lead a passionate team of educators who center faith and family to create a loving environment where everyone feels welcome, loved, and inspired.

Katrina Ashworth

Center Director
Bright Side at Spicers Mill

Working with Bright Side for 7 years, Katrina has taught toddlers and preschoolers, led our preschool department as Preschool Coordinator, and now she is the Center Director. She holds a CDA (Child Development Associate).

Lisa Bullard

Center Director
Bright Side at Dogwood Village

Before joining us, Lisa was a CNA working with and caring for elderly patients. She joined our team as the Lead Infant Teacher and now oversees our infant and toddler center. She holds a CDA (Child Development Associate).
