At Bright Side Early Care and Learning Center, we believe education is a lifelong journey that extends far beyond traditional academics. Our wholehearted commitment to Learning Beyond Curriculum ensures that children experience a rich and diverse environment where they can explore, grow, and thrive in all aspects of development.

Trueway Kids is a faith-based curriculum thoughtfully designed to introduce young children to foundational biblical teachings in an engaging, age-appropriate way. It combines structured learning with creative play, hands-on activities, and joyful exploration, making it ideal for early childhood settings, Sunday schools, or homeschooling.

The Streamin3 Curriculum is dedicated to nurturing the whole child by supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Designed by education experts, this dynamic, research-based framework equips educators to craft meaningful, individualized learning experiences that meet the unique needs of every child.

At Bright Side Early Care & Learning Center, we believe that every child’s journey starts with a beautiful beginning—one filled with discovery, joy, and growth. Infant and Toddler Care

(6 weeks - 2 years of age)

Our infant and toddler program introduces our youngest children to early literacy activities and focuses on encouraging the children’s developmental milestones and natural need to explore the world around them. The staff respond quickly to the infant’s physical and emotional needs. This helps build a sense of trust and security. The toddlers have daily opportunities to explore creative arts, dramatic play, music and movement activities, story time, and are exposed to classical literature and American Sign Language.

Preschool Programs

(2 - 5 years of age)

Through weekly themes the children experience fun and creative learning in creative art, language arts, dramatic arts, construction, math, and science. They enjoy daily story time, music and movement, and exercise. The day is a balance of teacher and child-lead activities. Although the daily schedule for a preschooler is more structured than the toddler class, there is still flexibility to take advantage of teachable moments and to be spontaneous. The preschool classrooms focus on a letter, color, number, shape, and specific learning concepts each week.

School Age Care

(ages 5 - 12)

Children who attend local schools in Orange County have the option of attending our center before and after school. There is an Orange County bus stop at the side of our parking lot and our staff will assist your child getting on and off the bus. We have limited space for school-age children. As space allows, school-age children may attend the center during school holidays.

Summer Program

(ages 6 weeks - 5 years of age)

The Infant through Preschool Summer Program is included with the Preschool year. It consists of weekly water activities, festive seasonal activities such as picnics, parades, beach day, and carnival day.

Summer Camp

(Grades 1st - 6th)

Our Summer Camp is for grades 1st – 6th. Summer Camp consists of 12 weeks of FUN with themed weeks, field trips, creative activities, annual art and talent shows, STEM projects, and character building activities.
